Nature of Services
We act as a mutual fund distributor registered with AMFI. For Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), we facilitate introductions to SEBI-registered portfolio managers and fund houses. We are not a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) and do not provide investment advice as defined under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.

Alternative investments (PMS, AIF, structured products) carry higher risk and are suitable only for investors who meet minimum eligibility criteria set by SEBI. PMS requires a minimum investment of ₹50 lakhs. Category III AIFs require a minimum of ₹1 crore.
Compensation Disclosure
As a mutual fund distributor, we receive trail commission from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for the mutual fund schemes distributed by us. For PMS and AIF products, we may receive upfront or trail-based referral fees from the respective fund managers. These commissions are part of the expense structure disclosed in scheme documents and do not represent additional charges to the investor.
